The private sector, for the most part, seems very disengaged from public schools and the efforts of non-profit organizations. I would like to see the Phoenix Metro area find a way to provide incentives for companies to reach out to public schools (providing internships, in-school presentations, etc) to local area high schools and non-profits such as the Boys & Girls Club.
