South Phoenix/Laveen needs to be RAILED. A light rail line can use the 7th Ave. or 7th St. Salt River bridge and land near Baseline Road. Right now, the light rail isn't an option for this area, but if we had a line, I bet ridership would skyrocket. Think of the potential!!!! Go light rail!!!
