It's unconcieveable that the State Fair of Arizona has a Tatoo/Adult Bookstore on one corner, Dirt lot/Train/Refuge Yard On another... How could the entrance to State Fair be so UGLY? Not to mention there can be cars in line up to 20 to 30 deep at a light in such a very ugly set up. This should be more like an IMPORTANT point that connects to Downtown. The State Fair Commission should Buy out the ugly corners and remake the corner. All the Key Entrances and Exits to Phoenix must be addressed.
