You can't help but notice there are more and more businesses.. that appear to be in for 4 or less years using a Banner as a business sign. It is making entire areas of town all look Temporary and cheap. Liquor stores with beer and cigarette banners cheapen an entire good neighborhood. There should be laws about banners and painted signs on buildings. This isn't the 6th grade and Phoenix isn't Detroit.... so why is being allowed to operate that way?
