Currently, if the post office needs to hold a package for someone living downtown, they don't do so at the downtown post office. Instead, the package is held all the way at Buckeye & 14th, which isn't accessible by light rail.

Downtown needs to meet all of the service needs of residents, including in this case a full-service post office where packages will be held when needed, which has decent hours, and which has automated quick-service machines like all other full-service post offices have.
